We are honored that you are considering us.

We welcome applications from ALL students, including learners who are designated gifted or special needs.

Country Day Montessori School is a learning space for ALL students. Our application asks about your child’s former learning experience and documented (or suspected) special needs, but we do not use this information to discriminate against your child. Rather, we ask so we can better know your child and the resources they might need to thrive in our spaces. We have many current students who struggled in their former classroom environments, but come to Country Day and excel!

We welcome your application.

If you are interested in learning more about Country Day Montessori School, or know already you would like your child to attend, please follow these steps:

“The child has the capacity to educate himself, not in typical schools with their exact syllabuses where children must be obedient, but at a school where he is not controlled, does not have to compete, but can work with enthusiasm according to natural laws. If we do not know these laws and respect them, then we are in danger of spoiling this great work of the child’s.” - Maria Montessori

“My favorite thing about school is that I am always challenged to do more and learn more.”

— Jaqueline Stanley, Student in the Upper Classroom
